Jaden Lim Junhong is a dedicated physiotherapist with more than 17 years of experience helping adults recover from injuries and regain mobility. He is the founder and Principal Physiotherapist at Rehab & Beyond and works with ASPINE Wellness as part of its integrated care model.
Clinical experience
Before founding Rehab & Beyond, Jaden spent the first 10 years of his career developing his expertise at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and a private hospital. He also gained experience working with athletes at the National Football Academy, Singapore Badminton Open, and local netball and rugby circuits.
Jaden believes in research-informed treatment. His professional background includes certification as a Clinical Supervisor by the Allied Health Professions Council.
Research and professional contributions
Since 2013, Jaden has been invited to share his expertise at national and international conferences, including the World Confederation for Physical Therapy Congress, Singapore-International Physiotherapy Congress 2021, and Malaysian Physiotherapy Association Global Physiotherapy Webinar Series 2020.
His physiotherapy research contributions have been recognised with two research awards at the Singapore Health & Biomedical Congress and the International Scholar Award from the World Confederation for Physical Therapy.

Jaden believes that “people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care.” He takes time to understand each person’s needs, goals and priorities, tailoring his approach to support their recovery and mobility.
His dedication to patient care has been recognised with three Service Excellence Awards in three years.
